Listing Cdrom's

This disc is designed as a powerful listing tool to be given to the vendor prospect at the first meeting. It allows prospects to set their own pace at leisure in navigating their way through all the information the agency wants them to know about its abilities to conclude a successful sale such as marketing methods, pricing the property, advertising examples and direct web links to the agent's website.

The agents photograph, as seen in the screenshots to the left is updatable by you. So one customised listing cd allows each member of your sales team to personalise their own cd at no extra cost! And when a salesperson leaves you simply delete their photo and add the new one.

The text on the main page is also updateable which allows you to customise your message to each prospective vendor. eg. Dear Mr & Mrs Smith....
